The sale of services and products included on this website is carried out by INLAND Portugal, a brand used by the company Madrugada Desejada, wit the vat number 518049060, headquartered at Rua Afonso Galo, nº 19 Rch Dto, in Almada, and registered with the National Registry of tourist entertainment activity (RNAAT) nº 618/2024. Registration for any program implies knowledge and acceptance of these conditions. Inland Portugal guarantees insurance for all participants that complies with the legislation in force for Tourist Animation Companies and Tour Operators.

Details:
Personal Accident Insurance
Covers treatment expenses, including hospital admission and medication, up to an annual amount of €3,792.24. In the event of death or permanent disability, a sum of €21,664.20 will be paid, with the death benefit reduced to reimburse funeral expenses up to €5,000 if the individual is under 14 years old.

Civil Liability Insurance
Covers damages caused to third parties up to €75,000 per claim.

Registrations
Payment is made at the time of online booking through the means available on the website. Inland Portugal reserves the right to cancel any registration whose payment has not been received up to 24 hours before departure.

We will not accept claims or be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or delays due to our partners.
The tours are conducted in a seven-seat Dacia Jogger van with air conditioning.
The minimum age to participate in our tours is eight years old.
The customer must inform us at the time of booking if there are children under 13 years old so we can provide the appropriate safety equipment, in accordance with applicable legislation and to ensure maximum safety on board.
The tour driver and guide has a reasonable command of French, English, and Spanish, but the tours are accompanied by an AI-powered translator capable of immediate translation into 76 languages.
We welcome all guests without discrimination by gender, race, religion, disability or in other ways.

Prohibited Activities
During the trips, any activities deemed inappropriate by Inland Portugal or likely to be illegal under applicable Portuguese law are prohibited.
Inland Portugal does not allow smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, or eating food that could damage or dirty the vehicle’s interior during the trip.
Inland Portugal reserves the right to discontinue the trip and notify authorities if these rules are not followed.
Necessary stops will be made to allow customers to smoke, eat, drink, and use the restroom.

Changes Requested by the Traveler
If a traveler registered for a specific trip wishes to change their registration to another trip or the same trip on a different date or make any other changes, they may do so with at least 8 days’ notice. Beyond this period, the trip is considered confirmed, and no refunds will be given.

Changes to Be Made by Inland Portugal
If, before the start of the organized trip, Inland Portugal is forced to significantly alter any of the main characteristics of the travel services, cannot meet special requirements requested by the traveler, or proposes a price increase of more than 8%, the traveler may, within 8 days:

a) Accept the proposed change; b) Cancel the contract without penalty and receive a refund of the amounts paid; c) Accept a substitute organized trip proposed by Inland Portugal and be reimbursed in case of a price difference. The traveler’s failure to respond within the deadline set by Inland Portugal, will imply tacit acceptance of the proposed change.
Transfer of Contractual Position
The traveler may transfer their position to another person who meets all the required conditions for the organized trip, provided they inform the travel agency in writing at least seven days before the scheduled departure date.

Contract Termination by Inland Portugal
Before the start of the organized trip, Inland Portugal may terminate the contract if prevented from executing it due to unavoidable and exceptional circumstances.

Refunds
Once the trip has started, no refunds are due for services not used by the traveler due to force majeure or causes attributable to the traveler. If the services provided in the travel program cannot be provided due to causes attributable to Inland Portugal and cannot be substituted with equivalent services, the traveler has the right to be reimbursed for the difference between the price of the expected services and the services actually provided.

Contract Termination by the Traveler
The traveler may terminate the contract before the start of the trip by paying a cancellation fee of 60% of the total trip cost if notice is given up to 15 days before departure and 30% of the total trip cost if notice is given less than a week before departure. No refund will be given if the cancellation is communicated less than 75 hours before departure.

The traveler has the right to terminate the travel contract before the start of the trip without paying any cancellation fee if there are unavoidable and exceptional circumstances at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly affect the trip or the transportation of passengers to the destination. In such cases, the agency reserves the right to request proof of these impediments, without which no amounts will be refunded.

Prices
The prices mentioned in this program already reflect the current Value Added Tax rate (23%).

Communications between Inland Portugal and the customer regarding reservations, changes, and cancellations will be made by email, WhatsApp, phone, or mobile phone with as much advance notice as possible.
