INLAND Portugal is a tourism services brand operated by Madrugada Desejada, Lda., VAT Number 518049060, with registered office at Rua do Aeródromo nº 32, 3200-388 Lousã, Portugal.
INLAND Portugal is registered in the Portuguese National Register of Tourist Animation Companies (RNAAT) under number 618/2024.
By booking or participating in any service offered by INLAND Portugal, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Services
INLAND Portugal specialises in small-group and tailor-made travel experiences, guided visits, cultural programmes, nature experiences and transportation services throughout Portugal.
Descriptions, itineraries and prices published on the website are provided in good faith and may be adjusted where operational, weather or safety conditions require.
- Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received through the approved payment methods.
INLAND Portugal reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which payment has not been received within the agreed deadline.
- Insurance
All activities are covered by the mandatory insurance required under Portuguese legislation for Tourist Animation Companies.
Insurance details are available upon request before booking confirmation.
- Changes Requested by the Traveller
Requests to change dates or programmes should be submitted as early as possible.
Changes requested more than 8 days before departure will be accommodated whenever operationally possible.
Changes requested less than 8 days before departure may be subject to additional costs or may not be possible.
- Cancellation by the Traveller
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
• More than 15 days before departure: refund of 70% of the amount paid.
• Between 8 and 15 days before departure: refund of 40% of the amount paid.
• Less than 8 days before departure: no refund.
Where possible, INLAND Portugal may offer an alternative date instead of cancellation.
- Changes or Cancellation by INLAND Portugal
INLAND Portugal reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, transport arrangements, accommodation or activities whenever necessary for safety, weather, operational or other exceptional reasons.
If a tour must be cancelled by INLAND Portugal and no suitable alternative can be offered, the customer will receive a full refund of amounts paid.
- Force Majeure
INLAND Portugal shall not be liable for cancellation, delays or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, wildfires, floods, strikes, public health emergencies, government restrictions, road closures or other force majeure events.
- Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to take part in the activities booked.
Participants must inform INLAND Portugal of any relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations, allergies or special requirements before the start of the activity.
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers and activity partners.
- Conduct
INLAND Portugal reserves the right to refuse participation or terminate a tour without refund where a participant’s behaviour endangers the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of other participants, staff or partners.
Illegal activities, abusive behaviour, excessive alcohol consumption or damage to property will not be tolerated.
- Transport
Transport services are generally provided in a Dacia Jogger seven-seater vehicle equipped with air conditioning.
Alternative vehicles may be arranged upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
Inland Portugal is committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding the accessibility of its experiences.
At present, our tours are operated using vehicles that are not adapted for wheelchair users or passengers requiring specialised mobility equipment. In addition, many of our experiences take place in historic towns, traditional villages, natural landscapes and heritage sites, where uneven terrain, cobbled streets, stairs, steep slopes and other physical barriers may limit accessibility.
Guests with reduced mobility or any other accessibility requirements are strongly encouraged to contact us before making a reservation. We will be pleased to provide detailed information about the itinerary, assess the suitability of the experience for individual needs and, whenever reasonably possible, discuss alternative arrangements or adaptations.
While we are not able to guarantee full accessibility for all experiences, we are committed to treating every enquiry with care, respect and transparency, and to making reasonable efforts to accommodate our guests whenever possible.
- Liability
INLAND Portugal shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during tours or transfers.
Customers are responsible for their personal possessions at all times.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
